Light

I was running a one to one photography course with Louise a couple of weeks ago, and we took ourselves up to Heptonstall to test out some of the techniques we had discussed in my office.  It was quite a cold and grey day for our practical sessions.  I'd set a bit of a brief to take photos for a brochure about Heptonstall, trying out different angles and perspectives and composition in the shots.  We had a bit of a detour from the cobbles into both the churches.  I know I'm always going on about little pockets of light, but even on quite a blowy grey day, we were getting those magical illuminated pools.
